Ruf might be a tiny German tuner, but it’s just unveiled the first ever electric Cayenne. Called the Stormster it's Ruf's second battery-powered Porsche, uses the same motor as the company's electric 911, weighs close to 2.7 tonnes and hits 62mph in ten seconds. No at all – in fact, earlier this week Ruf took its 676bhp GT2 to 229mph at the Nardo test track in southern Italy.
There are BMW M6 drivers out there for whom the stock output of 560-hp and 500 lb-ft of torque just aren't enough. At least that's what German tuner Manhart is betting on in unveiling their MH6 700 version of the M6 hardtop. Luc Donckerwolke has been named Design Director of Bentley in the latest round of moves within the Volkswagen group, replacing Dirk van Braeckel. Donckerwolke moves from Head of VW Advanced Design, a post he has held for little over a year.
